After the spam-call scrub: zero loan and political texts

The bot finds your number or name on people-search and data broker sites and files opt-outs, often with a free skill that went viral on X.
Search people-search and data broker sites for my name, phone number, and city, and list each listing you find with its link. Before filing, check each site's opt-out rules and whether residents of my state qualify, then show me the plan and wait for my OK. Don't give any site more personal data than its listing already shows; if a site asks for my date of birth, ID, or SSN, or blocks automated requests, stop and hand it back to me. Answer the confirmation emails, keep a log of every request with the site's own confirmation or rejection, and recheck the sites in 30 days.
Written for this site from what the cases below did. It is a starting point, not a prompt anyone posted. Fill in the parts in brackets.
The payoff is less spam, not money. Posts are almost all text only, with mixed results: some report success, others were rejected under state privacy law, blocked as automated, or stalled on identity checks.
Text only: 11 · Provider confirmation shown: 1.
The provider agreed or the change is reported done. Biggest saving first. Each case says what backs it.

The attempt was blocked or rejected, or the check found nothing to change. Useful for knowing the limits.
